If you are having trouble booking online please Contact Us  or call us on 0141 772 7745 for assistance.

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking information including date, start time & finish time. If you have not received this, please contact us to advise.

You can cancel or reschedule a course by contacting us either here or by call us on 0141 772 7745. Please be advised that any cancellations or changes may incur a fee depending on the terms and conditions of the course you have booked. Further information regarding cancellation fees will be with your booking confirmation.

Your order cost is for the course, vat and where applicable exam & certificate fees.

Payment is made either bank account, credit card or paypal balance via paypal to our booking system.

Your confirmation email should detail any specific items you need, please always ensure you have a form of identification when attending any courses or medical.

We have free onsite parking outside our training centre.

Bishopbriggs train station is approximately 10 mins walk. Frequent bus services run from Auchinairn Road, Bishopbriggs & Balgrayhill Road, Springburn (approx. 5 min walk) to Glasgow city centre and beyond.

There are tea & coffee making facilities within the centre and a fridge for storing any perishable items. There are 2 cafes on site offering hot and cold food and refreshments.
