About Us
Watson Training Centre is part of John SL Watson Haulage Contractors Ltd, established 1968.
Based at our site in Huntershill Village, Bishopbriggs, on the north side of Glasgow. We have opened our new training facility, where we will be offering Driver CPC training, Driver Assessments, Car to Van Assessments, LGV Category C & C1, Train the Trainer, and Driver Medicals.

John SL Watson began business on the 13th of May 1968. We have over 55 years in the haulage industry and have faced many changes over the years. In recent years, we have specialised in clamshell/grab lorries and lorry-mounted crane hiabs.
In 2022, John Watson was presented with the Transport News “Lifetime Achievement Award” and in 2019, “Scotland’s Top Tipper Operator”.
